Kind 1 und 2) an diesem Locus genetisch identisch (&#8222;allele sharing&#8220;) spricht dies für eine Kopplung des Markers mit dem entsprechenden Krankheitsgen.</link></p></li><li><p><link ref="N100DD">Abb. 2: &#8222;<strong>Betroffene Geschwisterpaar&#8220;-Studie</strong>: Mit Hilfe von Mikrosatellitenmarkern wird getestet, inwieweit erkrankte Geschwister an bestimmten Genorten genetisch identisch sind (identical-by-descent). Sind dies signifikant mehr als 50% der untersuchten Paare, deutet dies auf eine Kopplung des eingesetzten Markers mit dem Krankheitsbild hin.</link></p></li><li><p><link ref="N10107">Abb. 3: <strong>Transmissions-Disäquilibrium-Test</strong>: Betroffene Kinder und deren Eltern (unabhängig ob betroffen oder nicht) werden untersucht.
