         <p id="N14AE9">Die Aktivierung von Natriumorthovanadat (Na<sub>3</sub>VO<sub>4</sub>) erfolgt mit einer 200 mM Lösung. Mit 1 N NaOH bzw. 1 N HCl wird der pH 10,0 eingestellt. Die Lösung ist gelb. Nun wird diese Lösung gekocht bis sie farblos ist. Nach Abkühlen auf Raumtemperatur wird erneut der pH 10,0 eingestellt und die Lösung wird wieder gekocht. Diese Prozedur wird so lange wiederholt, bis die Lösung farblos bleibt und der pH 10,0 stabilisiert ist. Die aktivierte Natriumorthovanadat-Lösung wird aliquotiert und bei -20°C aufbewahrt.</p>
