Umgekehrt ausgedrückt, das Herz bewegt sich in Rückenlage mehr in craniocaudaler Richtung pro diaphragmatischer craniocaudaler Bewegung, als <pagenumber id="N1181B" label="63" numbering="arabic" start="63"/>in Rückenlage mit Fixation und als in Bauchlage. </p>

						<p>Die höchsten r²-Werte wurden in Rückenlage gefunden (r²= 0,708 SD 0,226), gefolgt von der Bauchlage (r²= 0,509 SD 0,256) (p&lt;0,001) und der Rückenlage mit Fixation (r²=0,440 SD 0,198) (p&lt;0,001) (Tabelle 11). Der r²-Wert der kardialen und der diaphragmatischen craniocaudalen Bewegung variierte für alle drei Lagerungsmethoden von r²=0,905 bis r²=0,08. Der Durchschnitt für alle Lagerungsmethoden betrug r²=0,55 </p>

Es wurden keine signifikanten lagerungsabhängigen Unterschiede für die r²-Werte gefunden (p=0,58) (Tabelle 13).</p>

						<p>Es kam zu keinem signifikanten lagerungsabhängigen Unterschied der relativen Bewegung des Herzens in AP Richtung im Verhältnis zur Herzbewegung in CC Richtung (p=0,126) (Abbildung 25; Tabelle 15). Der r²-Wert in Rückenlage war signifikant größer als der r²-Wert in Rückenlage mit Fixation und in Bauchlage (p&lt;0,05) (Abbildung 26; Tabelle 9).</p>

Alle Plaqueanteile konnten in Spiral-Technik dargestellt werden (Abbildung 28). Die Abgrenzung der Gefäßwand zum perivasculären Fettgewebe war in Spiral-Technik deutlicher (Abbildung 29). </p>

					<p>Verglichen mit der Protonen-Wichtung war das SNR in der Spiral-Technik um den Faktor 2,05 höher (P&lt;0,001), (Tabelle 16). Das CNR war bei vergleichbarer Scanzeit in Spiral-Technik um den Faktor 2,45 (P&lt;0,001) größer als in der Protonen-Wichtung.</p>

					<p>In Spiral-Technik konnten Gefäßwände und Plaques dargestellt werden (Abbildung 30). In T1-Wichtung konnte nur die Gefäßwand dargestellt werden. Atherosklerotische Veränderungen konnten in T1-Wichtung nicht von der Gefäßwand abgegrenzt werden. Eine Darstellung der Gefäßwände und der Plaques war in Protonen-Wichtung und T2-Wichtung, sowie in "Time of Flight"-Technik nicht möglich.</p>
