			<p><citenumber helper="true" id="N14D74" start="181"/>Zur Synthese von vanadiumdotierten Metalloxiden bzw. -oxofluoriden wurden im Wesentlichen zwei Präparationsmethoden angewendet, die Co-Präzipitation und die Sol-Gel-Methode. Alle Ansätze wurden auf 5 g des gewünschten Produkts berechnet, der nominale Vanadiumgehalt wurde zwischen 0 und maximal 40 mol-% abgestuft.</p>

				<p>Co-Präzipitation - Cryogelphasen:</p>
				<p>
					<citenumber id="N14DB4" start="182"/>NH<sub>4</sub>VO<sub>3</sub> wurde unter Erwärmen auf 60 °C in Wasser gelöst. Zu dieser Vanadatlösung wurde unter kräftigem Rühren eine wässrige Lösung von ZrOCl<sub>2</sub> · 8 H<sub>2</sub>O gegeben. Diese klare Lösung wurde anschließend mit einer 25 %igen wässrigen Ammoniaklösung versetzt, bis der pH-Wert zwischen 9 und 10 lag und bei weiterem Zutropfen kein Niederschlag mehr ausfiel. Das Präzipitat wurde abfiltriert und so lange mit Wasser gewaschen, bis der Chlorid-Nachweis des Filtrats mittels AgNO<sub>3</sub> negativ war. In <link ref="I_Ref114895896">Tabelle 23</link> auf Seite 140 sind die entsprechenden Stoffmengenverhältnisse der eingesetzten kommerziellen Ausgangsstoffe in Abhängigkeit vom Vanadiumgehalt angegeben.</p>
				<p>Zum Entfernen des Lösungsmittels wurden die Filterkuchen in den Metalleinsatz eines Gefriertrockners (Christ Alpha 2-4) überführt, mit flüssigem Stickstoff eingefroren und anschließend 24 h gefriergetrocknet, bis eine Endtemperatur von 17 °C und ein Enddruck von 8 Pa erreicht waren. Die abschließende Calcinierung der Cryogele erfolgte in einem </p>

					<citenumber id="N14F04" start="184"/>Sol-Gel-Methode &#8211; Cryogelphasen:</p>
				<p>In einem Becherglas wurden Zr(OBu)<sub>4</sub>und VO(OPr)<sub>3</sub> in getrocknetem Ethanol gelöst. Eine zweite Lösung, bestehend aus getrocknetem Ethanol, konzentrierter Salzsäure und Wasser, wurde langsam zur Alkoxid-Alkohol-Lösung unter starkem Rühren getropft. Die Gelbildung wurde durch Erwärmen auf 70 °C gefördert. Das Stoffmengenverhältnis der Ausgangsstoffe Zr(OBu)<sub>4</sub>, Salzsäure und Wasser betrug 1 : 1.05 : 3.6. In Abhängigkeit vom Vanadiumgehalt variierte die Zeit bis zur vollständigen Gelbildung zwischen 15 Minuten und 96 Stunden. Die Probenbezeichnung lautet <strong>VZ 00 SG </strong>bis<strong> VZ 25 SG</strong>. In <link ref="I_Ref124906755">Tabelle 24</link> auf Seite 141 sind die Stoffmengenverhältnisse der eingesetzten kommerziellen Ausgangsstoffe angegeben, wobei beachtet werden muss, dass es sich hierbei um Angaben der reinen Stoffe handelt.</p>

In einem zweiten Becherglas wurde das Si(OEt)<sub>4</sub> mit konzentrierter Salzsäure auf einen pH-Wert &lt; 1 eingestellt und anschließend zu der Vanadatlösung getropft (Stoffmengenverhältnisse siehe <link ref="I_Ref114895961">Tabelle 25</link>).</p>

				<head>Synthese der vanadiumdotierten Aluminiumoxide</head>
				<p>Al(OiPr)<sub>3</sub> wurde in Wasser in einem Stoffmengenverhältnis Al(OiPr)<sub>3</sub> : Wasser von 1 : 110 suspendiert. Zur Einleitung der Hydrolyse wurde diese Suspension 2 h unter Rückfluss bei 90 °C erwärmt, wobei ein <em>&#947;</em>-AlO(OH)-Präzipitat entstand. Die vollständige Hydrolyse verlief nach Zugabe von konzentrierter Salpetersäure in einem Stoffmengenverhältnis <br/>Al(OiPr)<sub>3</sub> : HNO<sub>3</sub> von 1 : 0.15 und weiterer Erwärmung (6 h) unter obigen Bedingungen. Nach der Zugabe des Katalysators (HNO<sub>3</sub>) bildete sich ein klares <em>&#947;</em>-AlO(OH)-Sol, welches unter Rühren mit VO(OPr)<sub>3</sub> versetzt wurde (Stoffmengenverhältnisse siehe <link ref="I_Ref114896272">Tabelle 26</link>). Nach Abkühlen der Lösung und Alterung über Nacht wurde das Lösungsmittel am Rotationsverdampfer entfernt und der entstandene Feststoff unter folgenden Bedingungen calciniert:</p>

				<head>Synthese der vanadiumdotierten Aluminiumoxofluoride</head>
				<p>Al(OiPr)<sub>3</sub> wurde in trockenem Isopropanol unter Erwärmen gelöst. Nach dem Abkühlen auf Raumtemperatur wurde unter starkem Rühren eine Lösung aus wasserfreiem Fluorwasserstoff in Diethylether in einem Stoffmengenverhältnis Aluminium : Fluor von <br/>1 : 2 langsam (ggf. unter Eiskühlung) zur Alkoxid-Alkohol-Lösung getropft. Die Gelbildung begann sofort. Zu diesem &#8222;weichen&#8220; Gel wurde eine Lösung der entsprechenden Menge VO(OPr)<sub>3</sub> in Isopropanol, die mit einer stöchiometrischen Menge Wasser (bezogen auf die verbleibenden Propoxidgruppen am AlFx(OiPr)<sub>3-</sub>x) versetzt war, gegeben.</p>

				<head>Standardcharakterisierung</head>
				<p>Elementaranalyse:</p>
				<p>
					<citenumber id="N153CD" start="190"/>Die Bestimmung der Gehalte an C, H und N in den katalytischen Materialien erfolgte in der analytischen Abteilung &#8222;Elementaranalyse&#8220; des Instituts für Chemie der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin an einem Leco CHNS-923 Analysator mit einer VTF 900-Erweiterung.</p>
				<p>Metallgehaltsbestimmung (V, Zr, Al und Si):</p>
				<p>Die Bestimmung der Metallgehalte erfolgte mit Hilfe der ICP-OES an einem Unicam 701 Emissionsspektrometer (Leistung 1,0 kW) in der analytischen Abteilung des Instituts für Chemie der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Das Gerät wurde mit den entsprechenden Atomspektroskopiestandardlösungen kalibriert. Die Einwaagen der Proben betrugen ca. <br/>10 mg. Die zirkonium- und siliciumhaltigen schwerlöslichen Verbindungen wurden in <br/>40 %iger wässriger Fluorwasserstoffsäure gelöst, wobei der vorhandene Überschuss an HF mit Borsäure maskiert wurde. Die aluminiumhaltigen schwerlöslichen Verbindungen wurden mit jeweils 100 mg Na<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub> und K<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub> gemischt und in einem Pt-Tiegel für 20 min geschmolzen. Nach dem Abkühlen wurde die erstarrte Schmelze in dest. Wasser gelöst, in einen Messkolben überführt und mit 10 %iger HCl auf einen pH-Wert von ca. 2-3 eingestellt. Um bei der Kalibrierung ähnliche Bedingungen zu gewährleisten, wurden die Standardlösungen mit den gleichen Chemikalien versetzt, wie die entsprechenden Analysenlösungen.</p>
				<p>
					<citenumber id="N153E9" start="191"/>Bestimmung des Fluoridgehalts:</p>
				<p>Von den fluoridhaltigen Proben wurden 20-50 mg mit einer Mischung aus 500 mg Na<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub> und 500 mg K<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub> versetzt und anschließend 20 min in einem Pt-Tiegel geschmolzen. Die Schmelze wurde auf Raumtemperatur abgekühlt und in destilliertem Wasser gelöst. Zu dieser Lösung wurden vor dem Überführen in die Seel-Apparatur [<link ref="I_bib297">297</link>] langsam 20 ml konz. H<sub>2</sub>SO<sub>4</sub> und ca. 1 g SiO<sub>2</sub> gegeben. Durch diese Prozedur und anschließender Behandlung mit Wasserdampf kondensiert in der Apparatur H<sub>2</sub>SiF<sub>6</sub>. Die Bestimmung des Fluorid-Gehalts in den entstandenen wässrigen Lösungen erfolgte mit einer fluoridsensitiven Elektrode. Die Kalibrierung erfolgte mit entsprechenden Standardlösungen.</p>
				<p>Röntgenpulverdiffraktometrie:</p>
				<p>
					<citenumber id="N15414" start="192"/>Die Phasenzusammensetzung und die Kristallinität der einzelnen Proben wurden mittels Pulverdiffraktometrie an einem XRD 7 (Bragg-Brentano-Geometrie) der Firma Rich. Seiffert &amp; Co., Freiberg, unter Nutzung der CuK<sub>&#945;</sub>-Strahlung (CuK<sub>&#945;1,2</sub>, &#955; = 1,5418 Å) bestimmt.</p>
				<p>Raman-Spektroskopie:</p>
				<p>An ausgewählten Proben wurden Ramanspektren an einem DILOR XY-Instrument, ausgerüstet mit einer N<sub>2</sub>-gekühlten CCD-Kamera als Detektor unter Nutzung eines BH2-Olympus Mikrokopes, in der Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und &#8211;prüfung aufgenommen. Angeregt wurden die Feststoffe mit 5-10 mW der Wellenlänge 514,5 nm eines Ar<sup>+</sup>-Lasers (ILA 120-1, Carl Zeiss Jena). Zur Dokumentation der Messstelle auf den Probenoberflächen wurde ein 10x- bzw. 50x-Objektiv eingesetzt.</p>
				<p>
					<citenumber id="N1542C" start="193"/>MAS-NMR-Spektroskopie:</p>
				<p>Die Festkörper NMR-Experimente wurden an einem Bruker AVANCE 400 Spektrometer, unter Nutzung eines 2,5 und 4,0 mm Probenkopfes, durchgeführt. Die Spektren wurden bei Raumtemperatur durch Messung der <sup>19</sup>F- (I = 1/2, 376,5 MHz), <sup>27</sup>Al- (I = 5/2, 104,3 MHz) und <sup>51</sup>V- (I = 7/2, 105,2 MHz) Kerne aufgenommen. Die Rotationsgeschwindigkeiten betrugen 30 kHz für die Spektrenaufnahme der <sup>19</sup>F-Kerne und 10 bzw. 30 kHz für die <br/>
					<sup>51</sup>V- und <sup>27</sup>Al-Kerne. Als Referenzsubstanzen für die chemischen Verschiebungen der <br/>
					<sup>19</sup>F-, <sup>27</sup>Al- und <sup>51</sup>V-Kerne dienten CFCl<sub>3</sub>, Al(NO<sub>3</sub>)<sub>3</sub> und VOCl<sub>3</sub>. Alle Spektren sind mit linear prediction und anschließender Basislinienkorrektur ausgewertet worden.</p>
				<p>ESR-Spektroskopie:</p>
				<p>
					<citenumber id="N15463" start="194"/>Die ESR-Spektren wurden an einem X-Band ESR-Spektrometer ERS 300 bei Raumtemperatur, -196 °C und -269 °C aufgenommen. Die Mikrowellenleistung betrug bei den Messungen 10 dB.</p>
				<p>FTIR-Spektroskopie:</p>
				<p>FTIR-spektroskopische Untersuchungen wurden an einem Digilab Excalibur FTS 3000-Spektrometer durchgeführt. Ungefähr 250 mg CsI (für optische Zwecke, Fluka) bzw. 400 mg KBr (für die Spektroskopie, Merck) wurden mit 1,5 mg der Probe gemischt und mit einem Pressdruck von 5 t zu Tabletten verpresst. Diese Tabletten wurden anschließend in Transmission (2,5 kHz, 64 Scans) mit einer Auflösung von 2 cm<sup>-1</sup> in einem Bereich zwischen 4000 und 400 cm<sup>-1</sup> vermessen.</p>
				<p>
					<citenumber id="N15475" start="195"/>Stickstoff-Tieftemperaturadsorption:</p>
				<p>Die spezifischen Oberflächen der Feststoffe S<sub>BET</sub>, sowie die Porenvolumina V<sub>p</sub> und die häufigsten Porendurchmesser d<sub>p,max</sub> wurden am ASAP 2010 (Micromeritics Instrument Corp.,USA) auf der Grundlage der BET- und der BJH-Methode ermittelt [<link ref="I_bib234">234</link>, <link ref="I_bib235">235</link>]. Als Analysengas diente Stickstoff. Vor den eigentlichen Messungen wurden die Proben unter Vakuum bei 150 °C ausgeheizt.</p>
				<p>Elektronenmikroskopie (SEM) und Energiedispersive Röntgenspektroskopie (EDX):</p>
				<p>
					<citenumber id="N15492" start="196"/>Die Morphologie ausgewählter calcinierter Proben wurde mittels Elektronenmikroskopie (System JEOL-JSM-6060) detektiert, welche gekoppelt war mit einem energiedispersiven Röntgenspektrometer (RÖNTEC UHV Dewar Detektor). Als Auswertesoftware zur Bestimmung der Elementzusammensetzung diente das Programm QuanTax 1.5. Zur Erhöhung der Leitfähigkeit der Proben wurden diese wahlweise mit einem dünnen Goldfilm bedampft.</p>

				<head>Temperaturprogrammierter Sauerstoffisotopenaustausch (TPIE)</head>
				<p>Die <sup>18</sup>O- Austauschuntersuchungen wurden in einem Quarzreaktor, welcher online an ein Massenspektrometer gekoppelt war, durchgeführt (<link ref="I_Ref114896349">Abbildung 59</link>). Dazu wurden ca. 300 mg der Probe für 1 h bei 400 °C in einem Ar-Strom (ca. 200 Pa) ausgeheizt, um Wasser, CO<sub>2</sub> und andere an der Katalysatoroberfläche befindlichen Substanzen zu entfernen. Nach dem Abkühlen auf 100 °C wurde ein Gasgemisch bestehend aus Ar, <sup>16</sup>O<sub>2</sub> und <sup>18</sup>O<sub>2</sub> in einem Verhältnis von 1 : 2 : 2 in die Messapparatur dosiert und anschließend ein Enddruck von 100 Pa eingestellt. Nach einer Wartezeit von 30 min wurde der Reaktor mit einer konstanten Heizgeschwindigkeit von 10 °C/min auf 700 °C aufgeheizt und die Gasphasenzusammensetzung in Abhängigkeit von der Temperatur mit einem Massenspektrometer (QMG 421 I, Pfeiffer Vacuum GmbH) bestimmt.</p>
				<p>

Das Gasgemisch für diese Messungen bestand dabei aus Ar, <sup>18</sup>O<sub>2</sub> und Propan in einem Verhältnis von 1 : 2 : 4 (<em>p</em> = 100 Pa). Die Einsatztemperatur des Beginns der Oxidationsreaktion und die Zusammensetzung der entstandenen Produkte wurden massenspektrometrisch bestimmt.</p>

				<head>Adsorptionsuntersuchungen</head>
				<p>Pyridinadsorption &#8211; Fotoakustik (Py-PAS):</p>
				<p>Lewis-saure Zentren und Brønsted-saure Zentren wurden mittels FTIR-Fotoakustikspektroskopie nach der Pyridinadsorption untersucht. Die Beladung mit Pyridin erfolgte bei 150 °C durch Einspritzen von 30 &#956;l Pyridin in den Trägergasstrom (10 ml/min N<sub>2</sub>). Nach der Adsorption wurde 15 min mit Stickstoff gespült, um physisorbiertes Pyridin von der Festkörperoberfläche zu entfernen. Nach Abkühlen auf Raumtemperatur wurde der behandelte Feststoff in die Fotoakustikzelle überführt und das entsprechende Spektrum aufgenommen. Die Aufnahme der Spektren erfolgte in einer MTEC 300 Fotoakustikzelle an einem Digilab Excalibur FTS 3000-Spektrometer (2,5 kHz, 64 Scans) mit einer Auflösung von 2 cm<sup>-1</sup> in einem Bereich zwischen 4000 und 400 cm<sup>-1</sup>. Zur Auswertung wurden alle Spektren auf 100 % Transmission bei einer Wellenzahl von 629,39 cm<sup>-1</sup> normiert. Zu vergleichenden Zwecken wurde direkt nach dem Ausheizen jeweils eine unbeladene Probe vermessen.</p>
				<p>
					<citenumber id="N15532" start="198"/>Temperaturprogrammierte Desorption von Ammoniak (NH<sub>3</sub>-TPD):</p>
				<p>Ca. 250 mg der Probe wurden in einem Quarz-Strömungsreaktor (6 mm Durchmesser) 1 h bei 500 °C ausgeheizt. Nach dem Abkühlen auf 120 °C erfolgte ein 2-stündiges Spülen mit Ammoniak im Trägergasstrom (35 ml/min N<sub>2</sub>). Nach weiterem Abkühlen auf 80 °C wurde ein Temperaturprogramm bis 500 °C (Aufheizgeschwindigkeit (10 °C/min) gestartet. Die Ammoniakdesorption wurde mittels FTIR-Spektroskopie (FTIR-System 2000 der Fa. Perkin Elmer) mit 3 Scans/min und einer Auflösung von 4 cm<sup>-1</sup> verfolgt. Das TPD-Profil wurde anhand der Schwingungsbande von Ammoniak bei 930 cm<sup>-1</sup> ermittelt. Die desorbierte Menge Ammoniak wurde in einem Überschuss an 0.1 N Schwefelsäure aufgenommen und durch Rücktitration mit NaOH bestimmt.</p>
				<p>Bestimmung der Adsorbatstrukturen von Methanol mittels in situ FTIR-Spektroskopie:</p>
				<p>
					<citenumber id="N1554A" start="199"/>Aus 70 mg der Probe wurde mit einem Pressdruck von ca. 3t ein freitragender Pressling präpariert. Von diesem Material wurde in einer in situ Zelle mit CaF<sub>2</sub>-Fenstern mittels FTIR-Spektroskopie (Bruker IFS 66, Auflösung 2 cm<sup>-1</sup>, 100 Scans) ein Grundspektrum im Bereich von 4000-1000 cm<sup>-1</sup> aufgenommen. Anschließend wurde die Probe bei 350 °C, unter einem Ar-Strom (60 ml/min), 1 h ausgeheizt und nach Abkühlen auf RT und evakuieren auf <br/>5 · 10<sup>-2</sup> Pa erneut ein Spektrum aufgenommen. Die Adsorption erfolgte durch schrittweise (alle 2 min) Beladung der Zelle mit Methanol bis zur Sättigung. Dazu wurde durch einen mit Methanol gefüllten Sättiger bei Raumtemperatur ein Ar-Strom (60 ml/min) geleitet. Zur Desorption wurde die Zelle mit einem definierten Temperaturprogramm (10 °C/min) aufgeheizt und jeweils bei 100, 150, 200, 250, 300 und 350 °C ein Spektrum aufgenommen.</p>

				<head>Katalytische Untersuchungen</head>
				<p>Die selektiven Oxidationsreaktionen wurden in einem vertikalen Quarzglasreaktor (Innendurchmesser 6 mm, Siebboden aus Quarzwolle) durchgeführt. Um vergleichbare Messbedingungen (Schütthöhen der Katalysatoren, Strömungsgeschwindigkeiten der Gasgemische) zu erzeugen, sind die Katalysatoren vor dem Einbringen in den Reaktor mit einem Pressdruck von 5 t zu Tabletten verpresst, aufgemörsert und anschließend mit einer Siebfraktion von 0,25-0,30 mm gekörnt worden. Die Leitungszuführung für das Eduktgasgemisch bestand aus Teflon und war beheizt. Die vom Reaktor abführende Leitung bestand aus Edelstahl und wurde auf ca. 150 °C beheizt, da bei selektiven Oxidationsreaktionen sehr viel Wasser entsteht, welches möglichst nicht in der Leitung kondensieren sollte. Vor Beginn der katalytischen Reaktion wurden die Proben bei den entsprechenden Reaktionstemperaturen im Trägergasstrom (N<sub>2</sub> oder He) für 1 h in situ ausgeheizt um oberflächengebundenes Wasser von den Katalysatoroberflächen zu entfernen.</p>
				<p>Selektive Oxidation von Propan:</p>
				<p>
					<citenumber id="N155A9" start="200"/>Die selektive Propanoxidation wurde bei 500 °C durchgeführt. 100 mg der gekörnten Probe wurden zur besseren Wärmeabführung mit 300 mg Quarz gemischt. Die Zusammensetzung der Gasphase betrug 20 vol-% N<sub>2</sub>, 50 vol-% O<sub>2</sub> und 30 vol-% Propan mit einer Strömungsgeschwindigkeit von 35,5 ml/min. Die Regelung des Gasphasengemischs erfolgte durch einen kalibrierten Massendurchflussregler der Firma MKS. Die Produktzusammensetzung wurde mit einem Gaschromatographen der Firma Shimadzu <br/>GC-17 A mittels einer Kohlenstoffmolekularsiebsäule (2 m) (Detektor-WLD) und einer <br/>HP-Plot/Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> Kapillarsäule (50 m) (Detektor-FID) bestimmt. Die Kontaktzeit, definiert als Quotient aus dem Katalysatorvolumen und der Strömungsgeschwindigkeit des Eduktgasgemischs, betrug bei den meisten Messungen 1,9 s. An ausgewählten Proben wurde bei unterschiedlichen Kontaktzeiten (1,9, 0,95, 0,48 und 0,25 s) gemessen.</p>
				<p>Selektive Oxidation von Methanol:</p>
				<p>Die selektive Methanoloxidation wurde bei 350 °C durchgeführt, die Katalysatormenge betrug 100 mg. Der Sauerstoff wurde durch einen mit Methanol gefüllten und auf 50 °C temperierten Sättiger geleitet. Die Eduktzusammensetzung betrug somit 10 vol-% O<sub>2</sub>, <br/>5 vol-% Methanol und 85 vol-% He, mit einer Strömungsgeschwindigkeit von 100 ml/min. Die Produktzusammensetzung wurde mit einem Gaschromatographen der Firma Shimadzu GC-17 A mittels einer gepackten Säule, Porapak Q (2 m) (Detektor WLD) und einer DB 5 Kapillarsäule (60 m) (Detektor FID) detektiert. Die Kontaktzeit wurde auf 0,1 s eingestellt.</p>
