				<p>Die für Varianten des Grünen Fluoreszenzproteins codierenden Plasmide wurden von Gibco, Karlsruhe (pGreenLantern1) und von BD Clontech, Heidelberg (pIRES2-EGFP) bezogen.</p>

Golenbock am Maxwell Finnland Laboratory for Infectious Diseases in Boston wurden von Herrn Dr. Norbert Reiling, Laborgruppe Molekulare Infektiologie am Forschungszentrum Borstel überlassen.</p>
				<p>Endothelzellkulturmedium: 500 ml Medium 199 Earle supplementiert mit          0,3 mg/ml L-Glutamin, 20 % Fötalem Kälberserum, 100 ng/ml Endothelial Cell Growth Supplement, 5 ng Epidermal Growth Factor, 25 ug/ml Natrium-Heparin und 140 units/ml Penicillin/Streptomycin.</p>

				<head>Spezielle Software und Statistik</head>
				<p>Zur Darstellung der Aminosäuresequenzen in Abb. 3 wurde die Software SeqVu, Garvan Institute of Medical Research, Sydney, Australien verwand. Die Vektorkarten in Abb. 6 &#8211; 8 wurden mit der Software Macplasmap, CGC Scientific, Ballwin, USA erstellt. </p>
				<p>Die Software Prism, GraphPad Software, San Diego, USA wurde verwand für die Berechnung von Mittelwerten, Standardabweichung der Mittelwerte und die Signifikanzprüfung, die als Einwegvarianzanalyse für unverbundene Stichproben durchgeführt wurde.</p>
