Networking Environment For Learning Technologies Implementation

Abstract

General scheme and available information content structure of scientific - educational networking segment in Moldova is described. Special attention is made on interrelation between different services offering and announced for system resources" consumers or requested by users and the network basic parameters for providing required facilities. As the result the proposals for the networking structure and internal parameters development are outlined.
