Current literature on transgender people within healthcare settings and around their family relationships does not focus on information practices, providing an opportunity to investigate this phenomenon. This poster describes how transgender people use embodied information within these settings and how these practices can be extended using linguistic theories of code-switching. We present a tentative research program to investigate information embodiment amongst transgender people using qualitative research methods.eng
