Abstract

Sind Mitarbeiter:innen in Bibliotheken und Informationseinrichtungen den zukunftsfähigen Aufgaben gewachsen? Ausgehend von den Anforderungen des Future-Skills-Framework des Stifterverbands und den spezifischen Anforderungen und benötigten Qualifikationen innerhalb des Berufsfelds Bibliothek und Information wird die Relevanz und Zukunftsfähigkeit ausgewählter Kernaufgaben und Spezialaufgaben betrachtet und Impulse für Ausbildung, Studium, Fort- und Weiterbildung gegeben.

Are employees in libraries and information institutions up to the tasks of the future?
