Auditive Perspektiven
Klang und seine Rezeption sind Gegenstand verschiedener wissenschaftlicher Disziplinen und Künste: Es ist die Musik und Klangkunst, die klangliche Artefakte schafft und eine individuelle und gesellschaftliche Rezeption von Klang prägt und reflektiert. Klang als alltägliches Phänomen und als Gegenstand einer künstlerischen Praxis untersucht das interdiziplinäre Forschungsfeld der Sound Studies. Hier werden Methoden aus den Geschichts-, Kultur- und Kunstwissenschaften, der Ethnologie, Soziologie und Kulturanthropologie, der Komparatistik und Medienwissenschaft angewandt, um Klang und seine Wahrnehmung zu erforschen. Das Klangliche in der Erfahrung urbaner Situationen gewinnt im Gestaltungsprozess von Architektur, Landschafts- und Stadtplanung an Bedeutung. Insbesondere die Auditive Achitektur beschäftigt sich mit der Gestaltung von Klangumwelten in einem künstlerisch-wissenschaftlichen Kontext. Aus geisteswissenschaftlicher Perspektive geben Theorien der Verkörperung neue Impulse für das Verständnis und die Praxis des Hörens. Dieser Vielfalt des Umgangs mit den Phänomenen des Hörens und Zuhörens, dem Akustischen, Auditiven und Sonischen, der Klanggestaltung und Komposition soll in der Sektion Auditive Perspektiven eine Plattform geboten werden.
Wir veröffentlichen künstlerische und wissenschaftliche Beiträge, die mit Klanggestalten und Klanggestaltung umgehen. Wir öffnen uns wissenschaftlicher Forschung, die in experimenteller und künstlerischer Weise die Bedingungen und Möglichkeiten des Auditiven auslotet, ergründet und vertieft. Ihre Fragestellungen und Methoden zu präsentieren und adäquate Formen ihrer Publikation zu erproben, stellen ein Experimentierfeld dieser Rubrik dar, das die Textform erweitern kann und soll.
